To arrange a booking:
1. Phone or email us regarding your requirements and booking date availability.
2. Download here the Application to Exhibit Form. Complete and submit.
3. On successful application we will invoice you a non-refundable deposit of $440 (incl. gst). The invoice will be accompanied by a Rental Agreement to also be signed and returned.
NB: YOUR BOOKING IS SECURE ONLY WHEN THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
4. The balance of the fees payable and a refundable bond of $200 will be required two weeks before the start of the exhibition.
